To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fava resources (wrkman) entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits , money or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any or all losses of money, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from
(1) your access to or use of the app to contract a service provider or to access or use the services via the app;
(2) any conduct of any third party (service providers or users) on the services (app), including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other third parties (users or service providers);
(3) by any content obtained from the services; or
(4) unauthorized access, use or alterations of the transmissions or content.
The limitations of this subsection shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort including negligence or otherwise, and whether or not the wrkman entities have been informed of the possibility of any such damage, even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Direct Payments to Service Providers
WRKMAN facilitates connections between customers and service providers for various services. To ensure the security and reliability of all transactions, it is mandatory that all payments be processed through the WRKMAN platform.
Any payment made directly to a service provider, bypassing WRKMAN's payment system, is outside the scope of WRKMAN's responsibility. In such cases:
WRKMAN will not be liable for any damages, disputes, or unsatisfactory service outcomes that may arise.
The transaction will be considered a private agreement between the customer and the service provider, with WRKMAN playing no role in the transaction.
